Roxanne brings more than a decade of hands-on experience in senior living and a deep respect for the emotional journey families face when exploring care options for someone they love.
Since 2012, she has worked within independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, spending much of her career as a Sales Director. Through her work with residents, families, and care teams, Roxanne developed an insider’s understanding of what truly matters beyond brochures and tours—how communities operate day-to-day, how care decisions shape quality of life, and what helps residents feel safe, seen, and at home.
Roxanne approaches each family with empathy, honesty, and thoughtful guidance. She understands that choosing senior living is rarely just about care—it often touches identity, independence, family relationships, and trust. Her role is to listen carefully, honor each family’s values, and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.
Family is central to Roxanne’s life. She and her husband share a joyful life together, and she is the proud mother of four adult children. Having witnessed adult children step into the role of decision-maker for those they love, she understands the responsibility and emotion that often accompany the desire to “get it right.”
Her strong knowledge of the local senior living landscape, paired with a trusted network of community partners, allows her to guide families toward solutions that truly fit their needs.
Outside of her professional work, Roxanne enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and serving as a referee for a local roller derby team—where her calm presence, fairness, and ability to navigate complex situations shine.
